Here's one of those we need it "Yesterday" assignments. The
house is under construction and they deliver the furniture 2
days before the shoot. I get the want list on Wednesday and
they need it photographed Thursday. The want list read
Exterior, Interior and detail images to be done and delivered
the same day. No problem, but there was a construction crew
trying to finish the job at the same time! The lighting was tricky
with an entire wall facing the deck made out of glass doors and
the sun coming in. With 16 stops of difference in light, I had to
really pump up my lighting. A few minor issues of lights not
working and the contractors being everywhere added to the
complexity of this project. Thanks to my years of experience as
a Nature Photographer, I was able to handle this with ease and
deliver the images by 6PM that evening !

Real Estate Development projects should be photographed during all phases from Concept and Design, construction and the finished job to give perspective clients the full "picture" of your capabilities as a developer. This approach applies to any area of construction/development and any skilled trades involved.
